kimberlyfdr just posted some lovely spoilers for a 4th season ep of SGA, especially for Carson and McKay/Beckett friendship fans.

Mallozzi's blog recently contained this picture, a layout of McKay's quarters. Notice anything?

Yup, those are Carson's turtles that Rodney's keeping in his quarters. Bless him, that's just sweet. Two cute wee turtles! I can't express how happy this tiny little spoiler makes me.

I swear, the next person to tell me Rodney and Carson weren't really best friends is going to get a turtle shoved up their ass. /bitter

Turtles!! (I am so close to dropping David a note to tell him how much I love this continuity...even though he had nothing to do with it. I already gushed at Joe M over it;)

And I don't understand how people don't see Rodney and Carson's friendship as being at that level. I mean, back from the pilot they're at a level much closer than other characters. When Rodney's hyped up on the enzyme, when he's dying in Tao, when they're working together out in the field, anytime they're together you can see their friendship shining.

I totally agree. They were the only ones on a first name basis back in the pilot, and I could list all the other things but it'd just be a reiteration of the ship manifesto I wrote for them ages ago. Hm, I should update that, actually.
