Quite a few new icons up at my page, inspired by my conversations with [livejournal.com profile] sensefille about Misters Fry and Laurie, their multi-talented natures, and how attractive each of them is seen sideways (and indeed, from any angle at all).

I've left the majority of these without text, so if anyone has a caption they'd like, just ask and I'll happily oblige.

The number of icons I've made has now gotten quite large, so I've separated them onto two pages. Page 2 is here. You'll find the new icons there, as well as the other Jeeves and Wooster icons.

Wow, three posts in one day. A record for me. Terribly sorry to be spamming LJ like this :)

Oh, squee, that is a cute one. You're so good at making icons, dash it. Do you mind if I nab #3, perchance? I've tried and tried with the Bertie/Jeeves ones and failed every time...amusingly, even with that very picture, but no, no dice. ;)

Btw, keep the posts coming, I hardly consider it spam...it's fine reading material. :)

Thank you! *blush* You may certainly have #3 (Hugh and Stephen as Bertie and Jeeves, in hats, right?). Would you like any text on it? I left plenty of space at the bottom for a caption if you have any preferences.

Yep, that's the baby. Thank you so much--I've been pining for a J/W icon for such a while. I always admire people that can make good icons. I luck out only if the picture is a really easy one to manipulate and, egad, those Bertie/Jeeves photos are tough...so, believe me, the praise is sincerely meant. Re the text, I'm going to leave it as is, can never come up with decent captions for these things. ;)

Thank you again!

You're quite welcome! Enjoy the icon :)

I'm still relatively new at the photo manipulation thing, and I've found it's mostly a trial-and-error learning process *g* Sometimes it takes me forever to crop a pic correctly and I tend to spend forever choosing a font. The ones where I actually have to move two people closer together in order to fit them both into an icon are the hardest. Those just give me fits.

Woof, that merging stuff, or smushing people together, is difficult. I took a book out of the library about Photoshop and tinkered around with that yesterday...not easy. I'm also disgustingly lazy, if I can't suss a picture out right away, I give up and look for something else. ;)

It's mostly trial and error, so just fiddle with it and I'm sure you'll get the hang of it :) I think I've run out of photos of Hugh and Stephen to play with. Even a google image search didn't turn up any more of them together.

Hee, you've certainly been busy if you've run out of photos--I say, if you're going to play with photos they may as well be of cool people like Hugh and Stephen. I think I'll give the merging junk another go when I'm in one of those painstaking moods.

I agree, they do make good playthings ;) Have fun toying with photoshop, I'd love to see what you come up with.
