Damn, missed Dr Who tonight b/c I keep forgetting it comes on a seven, not eight. Back at home I don't remember any of my shows ever coming on as early as 7pm. Oh well.

I did, however, manage to catch what I think was the pilot episode of Deadwood on BBC3 tonight when taking a break from lit review. I've known for ages that if I ever got the chance to watch that show I'd be hooked. I'm already quite intrigued by the doctor, the lady that dresses like a buffalo hunter, Wild Bill (of course) and Charlie, and the requisite slash pairing (Seth/Sol, right? They're very cute). More, plz. I do so love my westerns (though if I never hear the word "pussy" again, it'll be none too soon. Was that actually in common usage in the west at the time? This is the first I've seen it in any Old West type thing, even counting Lonesome Dove which was rough enough in the text).

Nearly finished with the bulk of my lit review (around 7400 words at the moment), with mostly just some concluding thoughts, reference list and perhaps a table to finish. It's getting late so I'll finish that up tomorrow then try to churn out the rest of that damn plankton flux report that's also due on Monday. Oy, I hate that thing. Useless mess. I won't really have the time to make it all that great, but the lit review is worth a hell of a lot more so the flux assignment will just have to suffer. Priorities and all that.

Also, GIP. Thanks to cimmerianwillow for the base and for all her recent posts about one of the first fandoms we shared, The A-Team. Ahh, brain candy.

I miss The A-Team. I didn't watch it during its first run, but I did watch it on TNN, now the Spike channel with my dad, and then on TVLand. And now I don't know when it's on.

I used to have a beloved A-Team screensaver, but I lost it when my hard drive crashed. :(

I must've watched some as a kid but I barely remember that. I didn't watch it again until CW and I started fandom swapping :)
