On Warm Earth and Cold Stone, The Lion in Winter, PG-13. Fabulously researched insight into Richard/Philip.

Knight Caper, The Lone Gunmen, PG. Nicely done 2nd person from Yves' POV. Love the Knight Rider references.

Big Words, The Lone Gunmen, PG. More cuteness, this time with an even bigger touch of the geek.

Bravery Be Thy Choice, Master and Commander, PG-13. Blakeney and Calamy and utter cuteness.

*sigh* Here's where the traditional Miracles story would go, but this year's proved disappointing. True, it's Alva/Paul, and it's smut, but the "cum" spelling makes an appearance and my standards shriveled and died.

The Murmuring of Bees Has Ceased, Aubrey/Maturin novels, G. OMG I love this story so much!!! I may be biased, b/c I already know who wrote it, but that doesn't make it any less brilliant. Feels like a scene right out of the books. Bees!

Every Good Girl Does Fine, Peanuts comic, G. This year, Yuletide seems to be all about giving me things I never knew I wanted, but desperately need.

The Case of Spode, Jeeves and Wooster, PG. The writing so clearly emulates Plum, and though the ending seems a bit contrived and I almost could have done without the slash for once, it's well worth a read.

The Ghost and Doctor Venkman, The Real Ghostbusters, R. Wow, I didn't expect RGB this year, but what a pleasant surprise. The first new Peter/Egon fic I've seen in a long time.

Not Set in Jelly, Red Dwarf, G. Hahaha! A terrifying future indeed.

Make Me An Offer, Nero Wolfe, PG.

Proof, Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead, PG. "That was my choice, you see. No one else could have made it for me." The cycle is finally broken. Beautifully done.

My Match, Scrubs, G. Scrubs fic! JD and Turk are the best best friends ever.

Moment in Time, Scrubs, PG. JD, Dr Cox, and Ben. The inevitable and the possible. <3

Guestright, Hamlet, G. It's the ending that gets me.

Do But Keep the Peace, Romeo and Juliet, PG. It's in verse. Color me impressed.

The Ballad of Lenny and Carl, The Simpsons, PG. This was just sweet. And will round out the last of the recs nicely.

A superb year once again. Every year I'm astounded all over again by the quality of the stories for Yuletide, and this year is no exception. Wonderful job, everyone. Looking foward to the big author reveal.
