Hm, interesting thought. I can totally see where Alva would latch onto someone else b/c he's afraid Paul won't be there much longer. Or maybe a desperate effort to believe in the case, any case, b/c he usually doesn't and maybe if he does this time Paul will like it. But of course that backfires and they fight about boxes...*sigh* Poor Alva. Mean Paul.
