I really do think it's quite a great thought that the dying leader could be the Sixes - it's a nice twist that I feel like is plausible. Then again, I always try to anticipate things with this show and... yeah. Haha.
I liked what Adama pointed out to Roslin that she's worried she might die just like everyone else, because it's a good point and I love Adama, but I do hope whatever the case that Roslin finds some sort of solace.
Caprica does seem like the next choice because of all the reasons you've mentioned, and also, she was the first Cylon "celebrity" having more or less brought it all to pass successfully infilitrating the Colonials. It would be interesting to see it all being and end with her, so to speak.
