I fear Zelenka will never get regular cast status, even though he's in a ton of episodes and everyone loves him. He's like Janet Frasier on SG-1 - she was in probably half the eps in any given early season, at least, but never got in the opening credits.
It's possibly b/c Jewel is a "big name" type, but who knows.
