Yeah, I'm sure it's no accident they posted it on lj_biz rather than any of the more frequented comms like news. Sadly, a good PR department could do a lot to regroup and get back the userbase trust, or at least make a start on it, but they just keep rolling out "features" that will piss people off and probably won't result in any usable data anyway. Seriously, 5%? And everyone who reads about it will probably opt out? Sure, that'll give you a statistically significant result. *snort*
