Um, I believe the population is about 40,000. Not too large, but not tiny either. We do have a few other local grocery places (Watsons, Cooks, and BiLo), but Walmart certainly dominates. In contrast, we have somewhere around 200 churches here (to be expected, as we're not only in the Bible belt, but our city is the Headquarters for the Church of God).
