*sigh* It's an absolutely lovely day out (windy and cold, sure, but it's sunny and there's no rain) and I'm stuck doing lit review. And the meeting we had about this annoying physics assignment sucked royal ass. Evidently last year's MEP students all said they didn't understand it, weren't doing it, and only 7 of 30 actually turned it in. Of course, that means they're not even doing this module this year, the asswipes.
I wouldn't be so annoyed with it if it had been given to us when it was scheduled. We weren't supposed to have this until May, when the workload is light. However, b/c the lecturer is retiring and presumably wants to bugger off by May, they've given it to us now with absolutely no warning and it's due halfway through the break. On top of the lit review, which everyone knew they'd be spending the break writing. We've all complained to our course directors, but no word yet on whether or not anything's going to be done about it.
I've done most of the reading for my review (some of my classmates haven't even started, so I feel doubly sorry for them), but I'm still not completely clear on the structure of it, or my project. My goal for today is to come up with a rough outline and email it to my supervisor to see if I'm on the right track or not.
I think I'll walk to the library first and get a few things I still need, though, and then maybe drop by Morrison's. It's just too pretty to be inside all day.
