Went out to lunch with mum yesterday at the English Rose to celebrate (Dover sole, sticky toffee pudding, mmmm), where she also bought me a tea cosy! It's white with a green clover pattern, so it matches my tea set. So cool.

Did the family dinner thing today, at Provinos, so have had marvelous Italian food and am stuffed. Only annoying thing was when I was presented with a box of Ethel M. chocolates, one of those variety boxes, which I'm sure was kinda expensive, but definitely not something I would ever expect, b/c hey, I don't eat much chocolate. I have a sneaking supspicion the 'rents will end up eating all of them.

cimmerianwillow! I'm sorry I didn't get back before you fell asleep. Tried to call, and your mum said you were in bed. :( If you wake up early and have time before work, call me, and I'll come over or something. Or we can wait until the weekend.
