I think for the question about funds available, I just put something like "My home university is paying my tuition and my parents are paying for my living expenses." (We paid tuition to Kenyon, which then paid Exeter.) If you do know an approximate amount, though, that's probably a good thing to put down. They're really just looking to see that you have some funds available, and aren't going to get over there and immediately avail yourself of every public service.
