(no subject)

Just got home from seeing Starsky and Hutch with [livejournal.com profile] cimmerianwillow.

Will post my thoughts tomorrow when I can think past the pain.

I feel your pain . . . I was never into S&H, but when I saw that Stiller and Wilson were in the remake . . . well, no amount of money, drugs or booze would induce me to set foot anywhere near that film.

The booze might've helped. That's the only way I can see that movie as being humorous in the slightest.

Today has sucked like the proverbial hoover, so I'll get to everything else tomorrow.

Good thing I had no intentions of ever watching it.. you have my sympathy for your painful ordeal.

You're not missing much, I can tell you. Only the last five minutes (David Soul and Paul Michael Glaser's cameos) are worth the price of admission.

Oh dear! Doesnt sound at all very good. Ive not heard any decent reviews of the movie at all really.. not even from die hard fans of the two.

I don't think any fans of the original will like the movie. They got a lot of things all wrong, and I didn't feel it did a very good job being respectful of the original. Some of the little touches were nice, though, I will admit.
