OMG that was marvelously creepy. Hats off to the Moff for really delivering on this one, especially considering it was a Doctor-lite ep. Creepy statues, terrific build-up of tension, and a happy ending to boot (well, except for the parting "statues are all around you so go forth and be scared, young children, hahahahaha!" thing).

I'm sad that b/c it was an out-of-sequence adventure, the Doctor didn't go back and fetch Kathy and Police Inspector of Awesomeness Shipton.

However, I happily await crossover fics where the Doctor and Martha meet up with SG-1 in 1969. *g* Of all the years to get stuck.

Also - Laurence Nightingale! Heeeeee!

Gah, that was seriously creepy. I loved every minute of it. The little bits with Ten and Martha were good - especially the last scene with the bows and arrows and talking about things hatching! - and the new characters were great. Sally would make a good companion.

Next week: Jack! Yay! And the End of Time. Very cool.

I think this one is my favorite so far. Very well written, the characters and dialogue were snappy and alive, plus an extra dose of creepy at the end. High marks all around.

Mine too. It's the first time I've been truly creeped out for an episode. And I loved each of the new characters - quite a feat for them!
