Hey, figures the Japanese found it, what with them fishing off the coast of Monster Island. Hope they don't wake Godzilla up again.

Yup, they put in a lot of research on sperm whale migrations and such things so they'd find the best spot to lure in a giant squid. Close enough to Godzilla, I think ;P
