Yeah, I'm really not wanting the Tony/Ziva thing, not in canon. Seriously, the way this show treats women is so inconsistent. They pass the Bechdel test all the time, but then we get Sexist Old White Guys all over the place, a female director who used her position for her own gain and was disrespected all the time, and a tendency to objectify the other women. It's frustrating.
