Home from DragonCon

My first DragonCon is over.

*sniff*

*single tear*

Seriously, I had a fab time (no mocking of the vocab, [livejournal.com profile] shanola22, or I will make you start saying something even more mock-worthy), got to hang out with so many of my friends who I don't get to see as often as I'd like, saw TV and movie actor people for the first time in my life (as I am lame like that and had managed to live for 26.7 years without ever running into someone famous), and oohed and ahhed over all the costumes. There were panels, concerts (yay, Crüxshadows!), and something to keep me occupied pretty much every minute of every day.

I'm hungry, tired, and completely sick of turkey sandwiches.

I miss everyone already.

Am so going to this next year. What fun!

Pictures, gossip, news, and other such report things soon. Once I've had sleep and food that isn't turkey sandwiches.

Ha! on the turkey sandwiches! I got tired of those candy breakfast bars I brought. And boy, did I sleep in late this morning. Felt really good. I missed my (not-busted) bed.

I wish we'd seen more of you, but it's cool that the con really does have something for everyone no matter their interest. I was never bored.

Hope your trip home goes/went okay!

I was adventurous this afternoon and had a chicken sandwich instead, toasted. I'm sick of muffins, too!

I had such a long lie-in today and I feel much more refreshed. No way was I going to sub today.

Ahh, I can't wait to read your report, or yeah, who you met. ;-)

Where does DragonCon take place?

It's in Atlanta, GA, a nice easy drive for me. Report is posted, and I need to add the link to my photobucket album where I stored all the pics.
