Looks like the hurricane has died down a bit at least. It did swing east to smack Mississippi, which I knew it would because my dad is on his way down there Weds. having sold his house in Ohio to relocate to his sister's place in Collins (about an hour northwest of Biloxi). Dad always seems to be peripherally involved in disasters, most recently the 2000 vote in Florida and the 2004 vote in Ohio, LOL.

*snickers* I'm sure New Orleans would like to thank your dad, though not Biloxi. Here's hoping the levees hold and the flooding isn't too great.
