Good news plus Dr Who awesomeness

Found a place to rent for cheap, nice older lady who's a friend of a friend of my mother. It won't be a party, but it's close to work and only $150/month. There is internet, so I can cope.

But in better news, pics from the filming of the Dr Who 2009 special are out there. HUGE casting spoilers there and also here.

I know! I had discounted the rumors b/c of the British tabloid source, but to have proof...eeee!

I really couldn't have found anything better. The lady's a bit uber religious (a calculated risk when asking my mother to ask around for rooming options), but as long as there's no pushiness I'll be fine.

Well, it was going to be renting a room out of the house, but man, I had to bail. She was kinda smothering and everything just made me all weirded out. I want to rent a room somewhere, not have a den mother who wants to hold my hand for prayer before every meal. :(

I guess it would be hard to get a room for rent these days, I don't know of anyone that really still does that in this area? You could find an apartment for like 325 if you didn't mind the neighbors...
